59E59 Theaters may be licensed by not-for-profit companies for three-week minimum runs. All programming is curated. We are not able to accommodate weekend or single evening rentals and are dark on Monday evenings. Please see the Curated Rentals section for more information and submission guidelines.

Our largest space, Theater A is a proscenium-style space with a generous stage space and optional second level gallery space on stage left.
185 fixed stadium seats with an optional 10 box seats.
Two dressing rooms, one stage level, each with a private toilet, sink, and shower.

Grid height from deck: 19’11”
On our second level, Theater B maintains an intimate atmosphere, but allows for expanded audience and an expanded light plot.
98 telescopic stadium seats OR other seating arrangements as approved by venue.
One 6 - 8 person dressing room with a private toilet.
Dressing room accessible via spiral staircase.
Stage area with standard seating: 24'4" wide x 15'7" deep
Total area with seats retracted: 24'4” wide x 38'0” deep

Our most intimate space, Theater C is a small, but fully equipped, black box space with the most flexible seating possibilities.
Maximum 58 seats with single-sided seating or maximum 66 seats for two-sided depending on arrangement (click on the links below to view single and double sided seating options)*.
Flexible seating and risers are available.
One 4 - 6 person dressing room with a private toilet.
Actors must pass through a public area to gain access to Theater C from the dressing room.
