59E59 Theaters seeks a qualified candidate for the role of BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME).
Reports to: Box Office Manager
Hours: Part Time; General availability for weekday, weekend and evening shifts is strongly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, in-person and telephone ticket sales, distributing tickets at will call, processing email ticket orders through Spektrix, and providing exceptional customer service to theater members, single ticket buyers and visiting theater companies.
A strong performing-arts background, cash-handling and customer service experience is required. Performing-arts box office experience is preferred, particularly with computerized ticketing systems and window sales. Experience in Google Drive (Docs/Sheets/Forms) is a plus.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, meticulous, aggressively punctual, even-tempered, kind, good-humored, professional in appearance and clear in both spoken and written communication.

$16/hour

The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative support to the Theaters’ Marketing and Ticketing departments. This position manages the patron database, and plays key roles in supporting membership, partnership, and group outreach. Additionally, this position assists the 59E59 Theaters appointed press rep with press relations.
