Artistic Stamp takes audiences on an intimate journey via handwritten correspondence between you and a character in one of three unique adventures beginning in January 2021: THE CONSTELLATION MELODY, IDA and GATES OF REMEMBERING.
Each interactive experience includes a six letter story arc customized for each participant that will play out over the course of 4 months. In a time when you can’t venture out, bring the adventure home!

FAQ
How does it work?
Once the adventure launches you’ll begin receiving a letter in the mail every 2-3 weeks. After you receive your letter, you will have up to a week to respond with the pre-stamped postcard we include, and soon the character from the story will be writing back a unique letter specifically in response to your reply. This begins a cycle that will happen for the next four months; you receive letters and your responses determine the next steps of the story. A notification will be sent when each letter is mailed out and when each reply is received. The adventure comes to a thrilling and surprising conclusion with the arrival of the sixth letter.
How do the characters know who to write to?
With your purchase confirmation email you will receive a link to an information form. It's really important that you fill this out so we know to whom the characters should be writing (and where we should mail the letters), allowing us to personalize the experience for you and making you a part of the adventure.
What happens if my letter gets lost in the mail?
Alert Artistic Stamp to a missing or late reply and they’ll track it down or send you another ASAP. When you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive direct contact info for Artistic Stamp and they’ll do their best to see you’re taken care of promptly.
Who are the plays suitable for?
Each adventure is suitable for a different age. IDA and GATES OF REMEMBERING are an all ages adventure, although IDA contains potentially sensitive content. THE CONSTELLATION MELODY is for ages 13 and up.
When can I expect my letters to arrive?
We send letters through first-class mail within a few days of them being received. The typical transit time is 4-6 days. If we do not receive a reply within three weeks of your letter being mailed, we will send a non-reply variant.
How will the letters be delivered?
Artistic Stamp is committed to using the United States Postal Service to deliver all of your letters.
How long will it take me to reply?
That's up to you! Each letter will come with a pre-stamped and pre-addressed postcard that you can use to reply. You can fill out a few sentences quickly and drop it right back in the mail, or if you favor longer correspondence, you may write a longer reply and mail it to us in a first class envelope. However, all replies must be mailed within a few days of receiving your letter to make sure the character receives it before sending you their response.
How do I purchase a ticket as a gift?
When ordering a gift, you'll want to supply the name of the person who will be receiving the letters. Immediately after purchase you will receive a confirmation e-ticket. Within the e-ticket there will be a link to the form to enter the first and last name of the recipient and their address. Alternatively, you can simply forward the e-ticket to the gift recipient so they can complete the form themselves.
Can I share my letters on social media?
You are welcome to share your experience on social media. Please do not share spoilers to avoid spoiling the adventure for others. Please do keep in mind that everything you receive from Artistic Stamp is copyright protected. While you are encouraged to share your experience we must insist that you avoid any virtual "walk through" of the adventure--again so as not to spoil the surprises for others.
No part of the letters or their contents may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the Artistic Stamp, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.
What's the refund policy?
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Plan accordingly. If you cancel midway through the adventure, we will stop sending letters but we are unable to issue refunds.
