Somewhere in the developing world lies Tambia, a part-Christian, part-Muslim country where water is scarce, AK-47s are plentiful, the lions are hungry and the locals want email. A new Imam is stirring up trouble and the local gangs are getting restless as two western aid workers attempt to do good in this dusty land where "the borders don't make sense, there's no rule of law, the last war's ruined everything, and the next war will ruin everything else."
