Show Info

Theater C is transformed into THE ZAM ZAM ROOM as Jake Broder fizzes and reignites the amazing routines of cult U.S. comic Lord Buckley in a riot of comedy and live music which has already taken London's Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club by storm.
Lord Buckley satirized the great and the good with his be-bop language the Hop Semantic he lived in a world of jazz greats such as Charlie Parker, Thelonious Monk and Frank Sinatra, and was a life-long friends of Ed Sullivan, appearing many times on his show. Buckley's vernacular was the ultimate word-jazz and he is seen as a major influence on Lenny Bruce, Robin Williams, Bill Hicks and Richard Pryor.
