Scottish Opera provides free and discounted tickets to asylum seekers, refugees, those under the age of 26, and school groups. Small-scale tours travel to every corner of the country. Education and Outreach programmes (run by the longest-standing department of its kind in Europe) make opera accessible to all ages, social backgrounds, and abilities, contributing to the development of personal creativity, interest in opera, and wellbeing.
